Yogurt Biscuits

 

Tasty and nutritious, this biscuit is besides very easy to do: not even one must mount the clear as in other biscuits. Neither needs to weigh the ingredients. Using like measure the own one glass of the yogurt (the habitual one has a room of 125 g). 

Ingredients
3 eggs
1 cup of natural yogurt
1 cup of oil
2 cup of sugar
3 cup of flour
2 tbsp of baking powder  1 lemon  Oil or butter to grease the mold

Preparation

  1. Preheat the oven to 175 ºC (or ), 6 thermostat during some 5 minutes. 
  2. In the meantime, mix by hand or with an electric mixer all the ingredients should remain a thick, homogeneous paste but flowed. 
  3. Grease a collapsible mold with oil or butter, dust the fund with a little flour. Pour in the mold the paste recently prepared and to introduce it in the oven. 
  4. Calculate some 40 minutes of cooking, to verify that it is done (introducing in the center a thorn, that should leave clean);otherwise, to prolong the cooking a little more. The surface should remain golden. 
  5. When it is ready, withdraw it of the oven, to leave that be chilled and to release from the mold. 

Offer all natural in breakfasts or afternoon snacks, along with the habitual assortment of marmalades and butter for the more fond of sweets. Or as simple complement of the coffee with milk or the tea to become a tempting cake, fill it with marmalade or cream; cover the surface with cream, chocolate melted or a simple layer of glaze sugar .
