Ingredients
500 grs of flour
6 eggs
200 grs sugar
2 cups of yogurt
50 grs of amaretto
1 teaspoon of vanilla
1 teaspoon of yeast
4 pears
100 grs butter
A pinch salt
Preparation
- In a small bowl beat eggs and sugar until creamy gradually add yogurt, amaretto’s, vanilla, sifted flour, yeast beat until obtaining a smooth batter.
- Peel and cut the pears and add to the batter mix well.
- Pre heat oven at 180c, butter pan with butter or oil, pour batter on the pan, bake for 40 minutes, remove from the oven let the tart cool down, decorate tart glazed sugar.
