Wild Fruit Jam
Ingredients for 2 liters 250 grs. of raspberries 250 grs. of blackberries 250 grs. of wild berries 1 kg. of sugar Lemon juice
- Marinating time: 1-2 hrs.
- Preparation time: 20 min.
- Wash and dry all the fruit in exception with the raspberries
- Detach the stems off the fruit. Smash the biggest berries with a fork.
- Place them in a pot that’s large enough, mix them with the sugar and leave them marinating for 1-2 hrs. until it becomes juice.
- Wash the crystals recipients with hot water, and let them drip dry.
- Stir the fruit while cooking them. Depending on how sweet they are you may add the lemon juice.
- When finished, let them boil on a low flame for an extra 3 min. and remove the created foam off the surface.
- Fill the crystal recipients with the Jam and close them immediately. The jelly will last for about 6 months in a fresh place.
