Wild Fruit Jam

 

Ingredients for 2 liters
250 grs. of raspberries
250 grs. of blackberries
250 grs. of wild berries
1 kg. of sugar
Lemon juice

- Marinating time: 1-2 hrs.

- Preparation time: 20 min.

  1. Wash and dry all the fruit in exception with the raspberries
  2. Detach the stems off the fruit. Smash the biggest berries with a fork.
  3. Place them in a pot that’s large enough, mix them with the sugar and leave them marinating for 1-2 hrs. until it becomes juice.
  4. Wash the crystals recipients with hot water, and let them drip dry.
  5. Stir the fruit while cooking them. Depending on how sweet they are you may add the lemon juice.
  6. When finished, let them boil on a low flame for an extra 3 min. and remove the created foam off the surface.
  7. Fill the crystal recipients with the Jam and close them immediately. The jelly will last for about 6 months in a fresh place.
