White wine Sherbet

 

Ingredients
½ bottle white wine
275 gr sugar
1 egg white

Preparation

  1. Boil the wine and sugar. Cook for 3 minutes and let it cool.
  2. Refrigerate until it hardens.
  3. After 30 min beat the egg whites stiff and mix them with the sherbet, refrigerate again until ready to serve.
