White chocolate sweet

 

Ingredients
500 grs glazed sugar
155 ml milk cream
150 grs butter
175 grs white chocolate
1 tspn liquid sugar
60 grs chopped nuts
30 grs melted white chocolate
30 grs dark chocolate

Preparation

  1. cover the pan with  aluminum foil and butter the pan with butter or oil
  2. Melt in a small pot, sugar, butter, white chocolate liquid sugar, milk cream until obtaining a smooth substance let it boil for 4 minutes.
  3. Remove from the fire and with a wooden spoon stir well until is cool add the nuts.
  4. Pour the batter in the pan, put in the refrigerator until the sweets harden, cut in candy size and decoded with chocolate chips.
