White chocolate sweet
Ingredients 500 grs glazed sugar 155 ml milk cream 150 grs butter 175 grs white chocolate 1 tspn liquid sugar 60 grs chopped nuts 30 grs melted white chocolate 30 grs dark chocolate
Preparation
- cover the pan with aluminum foil and butter the pan with butter or oil
- Melt in a small pot, sugar, butter, white chocolate liquid sugar, milk cream until obtaining a smooth substance let it boil for 4 minutes.
- Remove from the fire and with a wooden spoon stir well until is cool add the nuts.
- Pour the batter in the pan, put in the refrigerator until the sweets harden, cut in candy size and decoded with chocolate chips.
