White Berry Jam
Ingredients White berries, 1 kilogram Sugar, 700 grams Mint essence, to the taste
Preparation Wash the berries and place them in a bowl. Add the sugar in with the berries and stir. Place the preparation in a casserole and cook over high heat. Make sure to stir so that it does not stick to the bottom or burn. Once it thickens, take a small amount out of the casserole and put it in a plate and allow it to cool. If the jam does not slip out of the plate when slightly tilting it, it is ready. Take the jam off the heat and add in the mint essence. Stir and place in sterilized jars that hermetically shut. Keep in the refrigerator.
