Watermelon Tart Recipe
Ingredients 500 grs a pre made sponge cake 500 grs of whip cream 3 eggs 100 grs of sugar 50 grs flour 1 teaspoon of vanilla 150 grs of milk cream 1 teaspoon of grated lemon peel
Preparation
- In small pot boil milk, for 5 minutes in a small bowl sugar, vanilla, and egg yolks, and flour, mix all the ingredients and add to boil milk mixing carefully let it boil for 5 minutes, let the cream cool down, once the cream its cool add the milk cream.
- Cut sponge cake in two layers, cover the inside layer with cream, cover the whole cake with whip cream, refrigerate for 1 hour before serving.
