Watermelon Tart Recipe

 

Ingredients
500 grs a pre made sponge cake
500 grs of whip cream
3 eggs
100 grs of sugar
50 grs flour
1 teaspoon of vanilla
150 grs of milk cream
1 teaspoon of grated lemon peel

Preparation

  1. In small pot boil milk, for 5 minutes in a small bowl sugar, vanilla, and egg yolks, and flour, mix all the ingredients and add to boil milk mixing carefully let it boil for 5 minutes, let the cream cool down, once the cream its cool add the milk  cream.
  2. Cut sponge cake in two layers, cover the inside layer with cream, cover the whole cake with whip cream, refrigerate for 1 hour before serving.
