Watermelon Sherbet
Ingredients 1 kg watermelon 180 gr glazed sugar 1 lemon (juice only) 1 egg white
Preparation
- Peel the watermelon and mash up the pulp wit the sugar and lemon juice, refrigerate.
- When the sherbet starts to harden beat the egg white until it hardens and add to the mix, refrigerate again until ready.
