Watermelon Sherbet

 

Ingredients
1 kg watermelon
180 gr glazed sugar
1 lemon (juice only)
1 egg white

Preparation

  1. Peel the watermelon and mash up the pulp wit the sugar and lemon juice, refrigerate.
  2. When the sherbet starts to harden beat the egg white until it hardens and add to the mix, refrigerate again until ready.
