Watermelon (the white part), 1 kilogram
Sugar, 500 grams
Cloves, 2
Preparation
Chop up the white part of the watermelon. Add in the sugar and allow it macerate all night. Cook it at high heat the next day. When the fruit is tender, take it off the heat and let it cool. Blend the mixture up. Cook it again until it is sweet. Bottle it and keep it in the refrigerator.
