Watermelon and Melon Pie Recipe
Ingredients 500 grs pre made butter dough 300 grs of yellow melon 300 grs of watermelon 300 grs of flavored lemon gelatin 50 grs flour 50 grs of butter
Preparation
- Pre heat oven at 180c, butter pan with butter, spread the dough on the pan and bake for 20 minutes. Let the pie crust cool down.
- Spread on pie crust cut fruit in small pieces, in a small bowl dissolve gelatin in hot water, let the gelatin cool down for a few minutes, pour gelatin over the fruit and refrigerated pie for 2 hours.
