Watermelon and Lemon Marmalade

Ingredients
Big lemons, 3
Watermelon juice, 2 cups
Sugar, 1 kilogram
Water, 3 liters

Preparation
Wash and cut the lemons into fine strips without removing the peel. Place the fruit in a recipient and cover it with water. Allow this to sit in the water for three days in a fresh place. Then strain the liquid and boil it along with the watermelon juice and let it boil down to half. Add in the sugar and allow it to boil for 1 and ½ hours. Place inside a jar. Keep in the refrigerator.
