Precaution
In case of pregnancy or nursing, do not follow any treatment without medical supervision. Boil the water before drinking to eliminate any impurities. When dealing with hot water, make sure that the temperature is not so hot that can burn the skin. Let one hour pass after meals in case of doing hydrotherapy. Diabetics should avoid heat treatments in legs. Do not apply hydrotherapy in case of fragile skin, irritated or have circulatory problems.
