Walnut Ice Cream

Ingredients
150 gr cooked walnuts

English Cream
½ lt milk
3 egg yolks
50 gr sugar
1 tspn vanilla
2 tbspn brandy

Preparation

  1. Boil the milk with the vanilla.
  2. Make a puree with the walnuts
  3. Beat the egg yolks with sugar and mix in the hot milk.
  4. Put on low flame until it thickens without it boiling.
  5. Take off the fire and add the walnuts and brandy. Let it cool, place in an ice pan and refrigerate.
