Walnut Ice Cream
Ingredients 150 gr cooked walnuts
English Cream ½ lt milk 3 egg yolks 50 gr sugar 1 tspn vanilla 2 tbspn brandy
Preparation
- Boil the milk with the vanilla.
- Make a puree with the walnuts
- Beat the egg yolks with sugar and mix in the hot milk.
- Put on low flame until it thickens without it boiling.
- Take off the fire and add the walnuts and brandy. Let it cool, place in an ice pan and refrigerate.
