Sugar, 1 kilogram
Grated orange, 1
Cloves, 3
Preparation
Place the vegetables in the oven at low heat so that they peel easily. Once they have peeled, get rid of the seeds and mince. Place it in a pot at medium heat and add in one layer of sugar, then add in more of the vegetables and then another layer of sugar. Cook for around 20 minutes. Finally add in the grated oranges and the cloves. Bottle and keep in the refrigerator.
