Vanilla sweets 

 

Ingredients
500 grs glazed sugar
250 grs milk cream
1 tspn vanilla

Preparation

  1. butter the pan 21x11 with butter or oil , cover the pan   with  wax paper
  2. cook in a small pot , sugar , milk cream and a pinch of salt stir well let it boil for  with a lid on for 10 ten minutes stirring every now and them , remove from the fire
  3. beat   with an electric mixer  until the mix can be spread 
  4. Pour the mix in the pan let it cool down until harden, cut in small pieces, and decorated with cocoa powder. can be kept  refrigerated for a week
