Vanilla sweets
Ingredients 500 grs glazed sugar 250 grs milk cream 1 tspn vanilla
Preparation
- butter the pan 21x11 with butter or oil , cover the pan with wax paper
- cook in a small pot , sugar , milk cream and a pinch of salt stir well let it boil for with a lid on for 10 ten minutes stirring every now and them , remove from the fire
- beat with an electric mixer until the mix can be spread
- Pour the mix in the pan let it cool down until harden, cut in small pieces, and decorated with cocoa powder. can be kept refrigerated for a week
