75 grs sugar
3 eggs
1 teaspoon of Lemon peel
1 teaspoon of vanilla
Preparation
In small cooking bowl mix flour, butter sugar, egg yolks, grated lemon peel and vanilla, mix all the ingredients until obtaining smooth dough, and refrigerate the dough for 1 hour. Dough can be use for any pastries or pie.
