Vanilla Italian Ice cream
Ingredients ½ lt milk cream 125 gr sugar 1 tbspn vanilla 4 egg yolks 1 tbspn vanilla in powder
Preparation
- Heat the milk cream with the tablespoon of vanilla
- In another bowl beat the yolks and sugar until it forms a smooth white mix.
- Add the milk cream little by little mixing at all times until it thickens without it boiling. Let it cool and refrigerate.
