Vanilla cream

Ingredients
½ liter of milk
150gr sugar
50gr fresh skimmed milk
4 egg yolks
Powdered vanilla

Preparation

  1. Boil the milk
  2. Beat the egg yolks with sugar and vanilla.
  3. Join the mix with milk and let it thicken at a low flame.
  4. Let it cool off, place into the fridge and serve very cold with biscuits and decorate with skimmed milk.

Practical advice
The milk must be boiling when poured, after being mixed with a little cold milk.
