Preparation
Herbal baths: add to the bath the infusion of a fistful from shredded roots in a liter of water.
Brew: boil 20g from the root in a liter of water for 30 minutes.
Compresses: boil 80g from the root in a liter of water for 5 minutes. Submerge any natural porous fiber in the infusion and place it over the affected area until discomfort diminishes. Can also be used cold.
Infusion: add one teaspoon of shredded roots in a cup of boiling water. Let stand.

Wine: macerate 100g of roots cut up into a liter of sherry wine for 13 days. Strain and serve. You can add 100 to 150g of sugar per liter. Drink 2 to 3 cups a day.
Precaution
In case of pregnancy or nursing, do not use without medical supervision. Consumed in big quantities and for long periods, can produce headaches and tachycardia. Excessive use can cause dependence.
