Uncooked Pear Jam
Ingredients Pears (puree), 1 kilogram Brown sugar, ½ kilogram Liquid honey, 5 tablespoons Lemon juice, 1 cup
Preparation Make a puree with the pears by blending them up. Then place the fruit in a recipient along with the sugar, lemon juice and honey. Mix well and allow it to macerate until the next day. Then take this jar outside and expose it directly to the sun everyday. Put it away during the night and place it back in the sun everyday for one week. If the sun has been strong the jam will be at its point. Keep in the refrigerator.
