Ulzama Mushroom
- For: 6 servings
- Time: 90 minutes
Ingredients: Italian meringue 4 egg whites 250 grs sugar 6 portions vanilla ice cream 100 gr chocolate ½ tbsp powdered cinnamon
Preparation:
- Beat the egg whites very well, add them to the syrup slowly which should be hardened by cooking sugar with water.
- Once the meringue is made, make the shape of a mushroom and place it in the oven for it to dry at a low heat.
- Make two different diameters for the foot of the mushroom to be thin and the head bigger. Between meringue and meringue fill with the vanilla ice cream and sprinkle the head with powdered cinnamon.
- Serve on top of melted chocolate.
