Ingredients
1 cooked chicken, cut into pieces
Tomato and Wine Sauce
½ cup (125 ml) white wine
1 cup (250 ml) chicken broth
440 grams canned tomatoes, crushed.
375 grams mushrooms cut into fourths
1 teaspoon mixture of dried herbs
Preparation
1. For the sauce, put the wine, the broth and the crushed tomatoes in a large casserole, let boil for 10 minutes, or until it thickens.
2. Add the mushrooms and the herbs and cook for 10 more minutes. Add the chicken, stir well and cook for another 10 minutes, until it gets very hot.

825 grams drained canned prunes, without pit
Coating
1 cup (90 grams) oat flakes
½ cup Sunflower seeds
1 tablespoon flour
2 tablespoons brown sugar
1 teaspoon cinnamon
60 grams frozen butter, cut into pieces.
Preparation
1. For the coating, put the flakes, the seeds, flour, sugar, cinnamon and the butter in a food processor, until you get the texture of fine crumbles.
2. Arrange the prunes in a 20 cm diameter tin, slightly greased. Sprinkle the coating and bake for 15 minutes, or until it gets brown.
