Tropical Fruit Pie Recipe
Ingredients 350 grs of tropical fruit 300 grs milk 1 teaspoon of vanilla 150 grs sugar 5 eggs 30 grs flour Whip cream
Preparation
- In a small pot beat eggs and sugar gradually milk and vanilla let the sauce boil for 5 minutes, remove from the fire and let cool down, gradually add flour and let it boil for 3 more minutes.
- Remove sauce from the fire and let it cool down, blend tropical fruit and add to sauce
- Pour sauce in a glass pan and refrigerate for 2 hours decorate pie with whip cream.
