Tropical frosting
Ingredients 40 grs grated dry coconut 185 grs lime juice 125 grs cut papaya in squares 125 grs cut pineapple in squares 125 grs mango cut in squares 2 tbspn brown sugar
Preparation
- pre heat the oven at 180c and toast the coconut for 5 to 6 minutes , or until it looks golden brown
- in a small pot heat the lime juice and sugar until sugar its totally melted , let it cool down
- pour the syrup over the cut fruit served with ice cream and decorated with toasted coconut
