Tropical Cheese Tart Recipe

 

Ingredients
120 grs crackers
20 grs chopped nuts
70 grs butter
1 cup of orange juice
200 grs of fresh white cream cheese
1 teaspoon of lemon juice
1 mango
350 grs canned pineapple
3 teaspoons of orange gelatin
2 teaspoons of milk cream
Kiwi cut in slices
2 cups of whip cream 

Preparation

  1. Mix melted butter and crush the crackers gradually add chopped nuts mix until obtaining a pie crust, cover a pan with pie crust and refrigerate for 2 hours
  2. In a double sauce pan boil orange juice and gelatin let it boil for 1 minute and let it cool down.
  3. Mix cream cheese and sugar until creamy gradually add lemon juice, mango, pineapple, kiwi and milk cream, pour the cream sauce over the pie crust, refrigerate for 2 hours. Decorate with cut mango and kiwi.
