Tropical Cheese Tart Recipe
Ingredients 120 grs crackers 20 grs chopped nuts 70 grs butter 1 cup of orange juice 200 grs of fresh white cream cheese 1 teaspoon of lemon juice 1 mango 350 grs canned pineapple 3 teaspoons of orange gelatin 2 teaspoons of milk cream Kiwi cut in slices 2 cups of whip cream
Preparation
- Mix melted butter and crush the crackers gradually add chopped nuts mix until obtaining a pie crust, cover a pan with pie crust and refrigerate for 2 hours
- In a double sauce pan boil orange juice and gelatin let it boil for 1 minute and let it cool down.
- Mix cream cheese and sugar until creamy gradually add lemon juice, mango, pineapple, kiwi and milk cream, pour the cream sauce over the pie crust, refrigerate for 2 hours. Decorate with cut mango and kiwi.
