Tiramisu Ice Cream Recipe

 

This wonderful ice cream is made out of all the ingredients of this famous dessert.

Ingredients
250 grams of mascarpone
1 little cup of concentrated hot coffee
100 grams of glazing sugar
2 eggs
1 (20 ml) cup of almond liqueur
A pinch of ground cinnamon
10 long cookies or wafers
1 plastic bag
Approximately 1 tablespoon of cocoa powder

  • Preparation time: 20 minutes approximately
  • Freezing time: 5 to 6 hours

Preparation

  1. Take the mascarpone if possible, out of the refrigerator at least one hour before using it in the preparation. Otherwise you can heat it up for 30 seconds in the microwave.
  2. Put the soft mascarpone along with the coffee in a pot and smooth it out with a whisk.
  3. Sift the glazing sugar and beat the eggs with the sugar, the almonds liqueur and the cinnamon until it acquires a clear creamy consistency, (with an electric mixer this should take around 5 minutes).
  4. Put the cookies in a plastic bag over a surface and then mash the bag down.
  5. Mix the egg mixture and the crumbs into the mascarpone.
  6. Put the mixture into a flat plastic freezer recipient of 1 liter of capacity and freeze it in the freezer for at least 5 to 6 hours at a temperature of –18 degrees C.
  7. When the ice cream is ready cut it into squares. Take the squares out with the help of a spatula and sprinkle cocoa powder over them.
