Thai Chicken Recipe

Ingredients 2 tablespoons oil 1 or 2 tablespoons curry powder 2 teaspoons garlic powder 2 teaspoons chili powder 6 chopped Scallions ˝ kilo minced chicken 440 grams canned tomatoes (peeled and crushed-not drained) 3 tablespoons chopped fresh basil
Preparation Put the oil in a large pan; fry the curry, garlic chili and the scallions for 2 minutes. Add the minced chicken and fry for 3-4 minutes, or until it gets brown. Put in tomatoes and basil, and when it starts boiling, turn down the heat and cook for 8-10 minutes, without covering the pan, or until the liquid evaporates.
Suggestion for serving Serve this dish with rice or spaghetti and a green salad.
