Tetilla Cream Cheese with Milk
Ingredients Honey and Orange crisp 100 gr flour 100 gr honey 100 gr butter 100 gr glazed sugar 2 oranges
Tetilla Cream Cheese 500 ml milk cream 300 gr Tetilla cheese 100 gr glazed sugar
Decoration Glazed sugar Honey
Preparation Starting with the crisps; melt the butter and add sugar. Mix well using a wooden spoon till the sugar dilutes.
Pour the honey in a bowl and mix. Add the sifted flour and whip with a beater.
Grate the orange peels and add them to the batter. Mix and let it cool.
Using a spoon spread the batter over a baking paper in a pan. Bake for 5 min at 180C. Then take the crisp off.
To prepare the cream; mix in a bowl the milk cream and tetilla cheese. Using a beater mix until it turns into a smooth foamy cream.
Serve in a plate the cream tetilla cheese. Place a crisp over it and decorate with honey and glazed sugar.
