Ingredients
1 cover cake base
1 medium size round sponge cake
1 small sponge
2 small sponge cake cut in long tube shape
2 small round biscuits
2 chocolate cookies
1 bow tie
2 drops of yellow food coloring
Colorful gummies
Enough whip cream to decorate teddy bear
5 round chocolate chips and 10 long chocolate chips
Preparation
- Cut 2 inches of one side of the medium size sponge cake and 1 inch from the small one, spread some whip cream on the cut part and pastes the small cake on top of the big one creating the shape of a teddy bear.
- Mix the yellow food coloring with whip cream and decorate the teddy bear, make ayes, paws and noose with chocolate chips and place the bow in the neckline. Refrigerate the teddy bear for 1 hour before serving.
