Tea Sherbet

 

Ingredients
15 gr of tea (your choice)
150 gr sugar
3 drops of lemon juice

Preparation

  1. Boil the tea in 1 lt of water for 2 min.
  2. Strain and add the sugar and lemon juice.
  3. Place in an ice mold and refrigerate. Beat every 30 min while it hardens.
  4. Serve once the sherbet begins to form crystals.
