Tea Sherbet
Ingredients 15 gr of tea (your choice) 150 gr sugar 3 drops of lemon juice
Preparation
- Boil the tea in 1 lt of water for 2 min.
- Strain and add the sugar and lemon juice.
- Place in an ice mold and refrigerate. Beat every 30 min while it hardens.
- Serve once the sherbet begins to form crystals.
