Tea Cream Recipe
Ingredients: 1 liter of milk 15 grs of Ceylon tea 6 egg yolks 250 grs of powdered sugar 1 egg white
Preparation: Place the tea into the boiling milk for about 15 minutes. Filter it.mix the egg yolks and the powdered sugar and add the egg whites which should be beat till stiff previously. Pour the milk to this mix and let it cook at a low heat stirring continuously with a wooden spatula until it starts to boil. Remove from fire and continue stirring for a few more minutes. This cream is poured into a very cold porcelain or glass container.
This cream is perfect to accompany any cake that might be served.
