Tangerines with Cointreau on Chocolate Biscuit

Ingredients:
4 tangerines
1 kiwi
2 cups of Cointreau
200 grs biscuits
200 grs chocolate frosting

Strawberry coulisse
250 grs strawberry pulp
200 grs sugar

Preparation:

  1. Heat up the chocolate covering in a double sauce pan.
  2. Make a light biscuit.
  3. On the meantime make the strawberry coulisse.

Strawberry coulisse

  1. Mix the strawberry pulp with the sugar and pour on a plate.
  2. Once the biscuit is cooked place on top of the strawberry pulp and cover it with the chocolate covering.
  3. Decorate it with the tangerine slices previously macerated in the Cointreau.
  4. Decorate the center with the slice of kiwi and serve very cold.
