Tangerines with Cointreau on Chocolate Biscuit
- For: 4 servings
- Time: 75 minutes
Ingredients: 4 tangerines 1 kiwi 2 cups of Cointreau 200 grs biscuits 200 grs chocolate frosting
Strawberry coulisse 250 grs strawberry pulp 200 grs sugar
Preparation:
- Heat up the chocolate covering in a double sauce pan.
- Make a light biscuit.
- On the meantime make the strawberry coulisse.
Strawberry coulisse
- Mix the strawberry pulp with the sugar and pour on a plate.
- Once the biscuit is cooked place on top of the strawberry pulp and cover it with the chocolate covering.
- Decorate it with the tangerine slices previously macerated in the Cointreau.
- Decorate the center with the slice of kiwi and serve very cold.
