Sweets with Rum and raisins

 

Ingredients
500 grs glazed sugar
250 ml milk cream
1 tspn rum
60 grs chopped raisins

Preparation

  1. butter lightly  the pan  and cover with wax paper
  2. mix milk cream , sugar  and cook in a small pot , at low fire for 10  minutes  stir every now and then  so its doesn’t stick or burn, remove from the fire and  add the rum  beat with an electric mixer until the mix can be spread add the raisins.
  3. Pour the mix in the pan and let it cool down until it harden cut in small pieces.  Decorated with  glazed sugar
