Ingredients 30 grs yeast 1 teaspoon sugar 4 teaspoon warm water Sufficient flour 500 grs flour 1 teaspoon salt 1 egg 20 grs cooking butter Milk
Preparation
- Mix yeast sugar and warm water in a cup, add enough flour until obtaining smooth dough, let it sit for 15 minutes.
- Place over a table, flour, butter, egg and sugar and the dough in the cup; mix all the ingredients well until the dough it’s smooth and moldable.
