Sweet Croissants Recipe

 

Ingredients
20 grs yeast
1 teaspoon sugar
¼ of cup warm milk
300 grs flour
A pinch of salt
1 tablespoon sugar
1 egg
Grated lemon peel
60 grs butter
Warm milk

Preparation

  1. In a small bowl dissolve the yeast with warm milk and sugar and let it rise for 15 minutes.
  2. In cooking bowl mix flour, salt, sugar, egg, grated lemon peel, vanilla, butter and the yeast, mix all the ingredients until obtaining soft workable dough.
  3. Let the dough rise for 1 hour
  4. Make the croissants in half moon shape, bake in the oven for 35 minutes
  5. Let them cool down before serving.
