Sweet Croissants Recipe
Ingredients 20 grs yeast 1 teaspoon sugar ¼ of cup warm milk 300 grs flour A pinch of salt 1 tablespoon sugar 1 egg Grated lemon peel 60 grs butter Warm milk
Preparation
- In a small bowl dissolve the yeast with warm milk and sugar and let it rise for 15 minutes.
- In cooking bowl mix flour, salt, sugar, egg, grated lemon peel, vanilla, butter and the yeast, mix all the ingredients until obtaining soft workable dough.
- Let the dough rise for 1 hour
- Make the croissants in half moon shape, bake in the oven for 35 minutes
- Let them cool down before serving.
