Sweet Boston Dough Recipe
Ingredients 20 grs dry yeast ½ cup of milk 50 grs flour 1 teaspoon sugar 200 grs flour 2 eggs 80 grs sugar Grated lemon peel 150 grs butter 120 grs flour
Preparation
- In a medium bowl place yeast, milk and teaspoon of sugar and flour, mix until obtaining soft dough; let the dough rise for 1 hour.
- Add the eggs, 80 grs of sugar, grated lemon peel and knit well, cover the dough and refrigerate for 24 hours, remove from the cold, make the pastries in any desire shape.
