Streusel Dough Recipe

 
Ingredients
80 grs butter
80 grs sugar
1 egg yolk
150 grs flour
Grated lemon peel
1 teaspoon baking powder

Preparation

  1. Beat butter and sugar, gradually add egg yolk,
  2. In a small cooking bowl mix flour, baking powder and grated lemon peel.
  3. Mix all the ingredients and beat until obtaining smooth dough.
  4. This dough can be use to make pies or any tartlet.
