Strawberry Roll Recipe
Ingredients 100 grs of sugar 80 grs of flour 50 grs of butter 4 eggs 400 grs of strawberries 300 grs of white chocolate 4 cups of milk cream 2 teaspoons of rum
Preparation
- Melt butter in a double sauce pan.
- In a small bowl beat egg yolks and sugar until creamy gradually add flour and melted butter and beat until creamy. Beat egg whites until obtaining a thick meringue, add to the previous mix, pre heat over cover the pan with aluminum foil, pour the batter on a butter pan and bake for 15 minutes.
- Remove from the fire let it cool down once the crust its cold remove from the pan and sprinkle glazed sugar.
- Place milk cream in a pot with white chocolate let it boil for 3 minutes, remove from the fire and add rum beating fast, let it cool down in the refrigerator for 2 hours. Once cream its cold pour cream and cut strawberries over the bake pie crust put back in the refrigerator for 2 more hours before serving.
