Ingredients
200 grs lady finger cookies
500 grs strawberries
15 grs gelatin powder
4 eggs
100 grs sugar
100 grs milk
250 grs milk cream
Preparation
- Dissolve gelatin in hot water.
- Boil milk in a double sauce pan and gradually add sugar, eggs cut strawberries beat until sauce is creamy. Remove from the fire and add gelatin.
- In a small bowl beat egg whites until obtaining a thick meringue gradually add milk cream and keep beating until creamy. Add meringue to strawberry sauce, once it’s cold. Pour the sauce in a tall glass pan, refrigerate for 2 hours, remove from refrigerator and decorate with lady finger cookies and whip cream.
