Ingredients
Strawberries, 1 kilogram
Sugar, 600 grams
Preparation
Wash the strawberries and place them in a bowl. Then add in the sugar to the strawberries and stir. Place the mixture into a casserole and cook it at high heat. Make sure to constantly stir it so it does not burn or stick to the bottom. Once it thickens place it in a plate and allow it to cool. If the mixture does not slip off of the plate when you tilt it, it is ready. Place the jam in a sterilized jar with a hermetic top. Keep in the refrigerator.
