Strawberry Ice Cream

 
Ingredients
500 gr strawberries
200 gr raspberries (optional)
½ lemon (juice only)
250 ml milk cream
175 gr sugar

Preparation

  1. Wash the berries and dry over paper towels. Blend them with the lemon juice. Strain and add the sugar mixing well until it dissolves.
  2. Beat the milk cream and add to the berry mix.
  3. Refrigerate until ready.
