Strawberry Fritter

Ingredients:
Dow
¼ of a liter of water
1 pinch of salt
100grs of butter
150grs of flower
1 envelope of baking powder
4 eggs

Filling:
500grs of strawberries
½ a liter of sweetened cream
2tbsp of sugar
Powdered sugar (for sprinkling)

Preparation
Boil the water together with the salt and butter. Withdraw this from the flame and mix it with the flower until you obtain a ball. Let the paste cool off in a bowl. Add the eggs one by one, and knead it again. Then add the butter and baking soda already mixed together and continue to knead the paste. Fill this paste into a pastry injector and 12 fritter. Let the fritters sit there for a bit so they puff up a bit. Heat up the oven to 200 degrees Celsius, and place the fritters inside for 20min. Let them cool off. Clean the strawberries well. Mix the cream together with the sugar and 100grs of the strawberries already smashed into pulp. Adorn the fritters at your choice with this cream and the rest of the strawberries, as well sprinkling powdered sugar on top.
