Strawberry Cake

 

This is a very impressive and attractive summer cake that is quick and easy to prepare. Adding oil to chocolate does not only make it easy to work with but it also means that when you cut the chocolate it will be softer.

Ingredients:
175 gr. of chocolate milk
2 tablespoons of sunflower oil
150 ml of double cream
2 tablespoons of normal cream
225 gr. of strawberries
4 tablespoons of strawberry jam
2 tablespoons of white wine

Preparation
Melt the chocolate along with the oil and then extend it uniformly over the whole base and sides of the plate of aluminum foil of 22 centimeters. Let it sit in a fresh place until it hardens and then very carefully and softly separate the edges from the plate of the hardened mixture and put them back together once they have become loose. Beat the double cream and the normal cream together it has a stiff consistency and then extend it over the base of the chocolate. Cut the strawberries in half and use them to decorate the top. Put the confectioners sugar in a bowl, mix the wine into it, and then with a spoon pour the mix on top of the strawberries to give the cake a glaze.

Serves 4 – 6 people.
