Ingredients
125 grs butter
125 grs dark chocolate
125 grs sugar
80 grs strawberry marmalade
2 eggs
1 tspn vanilla
60 grs flour
Preparation
- preheat oven at 180 c butter the pan with oil or butter cover the pan with wax paper
- Cook chocolate and butter in a double sauce pan, cook until obtaining a creamy substance, add sugar and stir well. Gradually go adding the strawberry marmalade, remove the mix from the fire, and add eggs a pitch of salt as you go mixing add the flour, vanilla.
- Pour the batter in the pan and bake for 14 to 30 minutes let it cool down.
- Decorated with fresh strawberry and chocolate cream.
