Strawberry & Cream Sauce Recipe
Ingredients: 300 grs of milk cream 300 grs of strawberries
Preparation: Wash the strawberries and remove the stems, strain them. Mash them with a fork. Make a puree with them. Beat the milk cream until it thickens a little without letting it become a Chantilly cream. Mix the cream and the strawberry puree and beat until it thickens a little more. Place in the fridge until the moment of being served. It can be served directly in ice cream cups. Place the sugar on the table for each person to sweeten it as he or she wishes.
Another variation respecting the cream is for the cream to be beat with powdered sugar. That way the dessert won’t need sweetening.
