Sponge Cake Recipe

 
Ingredients
3 egg whites
3 eggs yolks
4 tablespoons sugar, grated lemon, vanilla
4 big tablespoon of flour
½ baking powder

Preparation

  1. Beat the eggs white until they turn snow white add the egg yolks keep beating for 6 minutes add the vanilla baking powder  beat until the dough its smooth .
  2. Pour the batter in the pan and cook for 15 to 20 minutes. Remove from the oven and let the sponge cake cool down.
