Ingredients: 100grs of flour 100grs of sugar 4 eggs 1 lemon Butter
Preparation Separate the egg yokes from the egg whites. Whip the egg yokes until they turn white. On a side whip the egg whites until they stiff. Then mix together the yokes and whites. Mix this together with the grated lemon peel. Sift the flour into this mixture and add the sugar as well. Butter up a pan slightly sprinkle flour on top. Pour the paste into the pan and cook for 40min at 140 Celsius degrees in the oven.
