Spinach Tart Recipe
Ingredients 500 grs of cooked spinach 1 teaspoon of oil 6 small onions 125 grs of feta cheese ¾ cup of cheddar cheese 5 beaten eggs 500 grs of pre made pie dough
Preparation
- Pre heat oven at 210c butter pan with butter or oil.
- Wash and cut spinach, cook the spinach until tender, remove the spinach from the fire and strain the spinach making sure there no water left.
- In a small pan fry the onions until golden brown, place the onions spinach, cheese and eggs mix all the ingredients until obtaining a smooth mix.
- Spread the dough over the pan, pour the spinach mix on the pie crust spread evenly, and cover the pie with the left over dough. Bake the pie for 35 minutes; let the pie cool down before serving.
