Special ricotta orange brownies

 

Ingredients
For the orange sauce
60 grs butter
1 tspn grated orange peal 
185 grs ricotta
60 grs glazed sugar
2 pre beaten eggs
30 grs flour

For the chocolate sauce
185 grs dark chocolate
45 grs butter
2 eggs
185 grs glazed sugar
60 grs flour
30 grs whole wheat flour

Preparation

  1. Pre heat the oven at 180c butter the pan 20x30 cm with oil or butter; cover the pan with wax paper.
  2. to elaborated the orange souse    in a small bowl  beat butter the grated orange peal  and ricotta  for 3 minutes until obtaining a creamy substance, gradually  add eggs and  flour   and let it sit for 10 minutes
  3. to elaborated the chocolate souse   cook chocolate butter in a double souse pan stir every now and then ,  remove from the fire and let it cool down  for 15 minutes
  4. Beat eggs, sugar for 3 minutes until obtaining a creamy batter add the chocolate sauce and the sifted flours and mix well.
  5. to prepare  the two mixes pour 2/3 of chocolate batter in the pan then the  orange batter  and last the reminding chocolate batter ,  bake for  30 to 40 minutes . Let it cool down and cut in small pieces.
