Special Apple, Pear and Spices Cake Recipe
Ingredients 500 grs of pre made butter dough 500 grs of apples 250 grs of pears 2 teaspoons of spices 100 grs of sugar cane 1 egg yolk 500 grs of Boston cream
Preparation
- Wash and peel apples and pears, in a small bowl place the cut fruit with sugar and spices let it sit for 10 minutes.
- Pre heat oven at 180c, butter pan with butter or oil, spread the dough on the pan and place fruit on the pie crust, sprinkle sugar on the fruit, bake pie for 40 minutes.
